(1) The total number of games teams R and U played against each other in finals is 30.

(2) Team R scored 128 goals in these matches, and Team U scored 203 goals in these matches.

R and U played against each other. We need to find the team which won more than 1/2 of the games.

Statement 1:

The total number of games teams R and U played against each other in finals is 30.

R+U = 30

We don’t know the percentage or number of wins out of these 30.  Hence, insufficient.

Statement 2:

Team R scored 128 goals in these matches, and Team U scored 203 goals in these matches.

This mentions the total number of goals scored across the 30 matches and the split up of goals can be of different combinations.

Hence, insufficient

Combining Statements 1 and Statements 2, we get

30 matches and the goal split up between the teams.

Even this information is not enough to determine the result of the matches.  Hence, Insufficient

Just knowing the total number of games played by both teams R and U is not sufficient to answer the question.

(2) Team R scored 128 goals in these matches, and Team U scored 203 goals in these matches. Insufficient

Team R scored 128 goals and Team U scored 203 goals is insufficient to reach to the conclusive answer.

Even we combine both the statement won't help us to give us the conclusive answer.

1. total number of games played is given as 30. So from we surely can't say who won more games. (Insufficient)
2. Total goals scored by team R is given as 128 and total scored by team U is 203
