How many total tokens do Blake and Kylie have?
T=B+K

(1) Blake has 3/2 times as many tokens as Kylie has.
B=(3/2)*K
Insufficient

(2) The total number of tokens that Blake and Kylie have is greater than 19 but less than 25.
19<B+K<25
Insufficient

(1)&(2)
19<(3K+2K)/2<25
38<5K<50
7.6<K<10
K=8 or 9
Then, B=3*8/2=12 or 3*9/2=13.5
Token can’t be in decimal, so only integer value is taken. B=12 and K=8
T=12+8=20

total tokens :
Option A:
Blake=3/2x
Kylie=x

Total 5x/2 (N.S)

Option B
Total tokens >19 and less than 25

Alone not sufficient

1+2 together:
19<5x/2<25
no. of tokens has to be integer.
Then x has to be multiple of 2.Lets say be x is 10 then 5x/2=25
So lets say x=8 , then 5x/2=20

Lets check for x=6 then 5*6/2=15 Not satisfied. Hence Option C is correct we are able to get a conclusive answer Hence Option C
