I got answer choice E.
From 1) we know that they use 4*6 = 24 cans total. But we don't know the original price or the new price so we don't know how much the customer saves.
From 2) we know that the sale price is 0.25$ each. However we don't know what the original price is nor the amount the customer bought.
Together: we still don't know the original price so we cannot determine the amount saved.

Option 1 :
He uses 4 cans per month so he bought 24. There is no mention about the cost of the cans.
Hence not sufficient

Option 2: The price for 4 cans are reduced to 1$. however we dont know what the price was initially hence Not sufficient

Option 1+2 :

Even combined together we get that the total cost for 24 cans was 6$ however we don't know the previous cost. Hence Not sufficient so it should be option E
