60% of 50 = 0.6 × 50 = 30 students.

Given that the total number of Students in the class = 50
Moreover, everyone plays at least one game among baseball, football and basketball. This means the number of students who don’t play any of the three games = 0.
Statement 1:
(1) 60 percent of the students do not play basketball or football.
If 60% of the students do not play basketball or football.
In a three set venn diagram. 60%*(50) = 30, denotes the number of baseball students only.
Hence, Sufficient.
Statement 2:
(2) 4 percent of the students play all three games.
4% of 50 = 2 students play all the three games. Hence, Insufficient.
