Hı everyoneö my name ıs Tharo 
I dıd toefl on 31st Octber. And the result ıs not so good(Readıng 16. Lıstenıng 18. Speakıng 20. Wrıtıng 21). I am lookıng for any suggestıon and advıse to ımprove my score for my next 3 months.

Try to concentrate on the listening materials because except reading part, almost all them are including listening section. Try to catch all words that , especially verbs, when you are listening any kind of materials.

Can you mention any kind of material to strengthen my specking and listening? I am so poor in the 4 master skills as well especially synthesis and summary:(

I hope i can be an activist of TOEFL practicer while now i am not ....

How can i achieve it ?

One way you can practice and at the same time enjoy to a certain extent is watch english movies and try and understand what is being said. sometimes don't look at the screen and check if you are still able to follow. since you have lots of time, this would be a good start.
