Hello everybody!
I have applied to INSEAD in the first round and for English I passed TOEIC.
Insead requires 950 for Listening&Reading Section, 190 - for Speaking and 170 - for Writing.
I've got 990 for L&R, 180 for Speaking and 190 for Writing and I was asked to retake Speaking section. The advantage of TOEIC is that you pass the sections separately. The only problem is that the score 180 corresponds to C1 level and 200 to C2. And apparently it is very difficult to break the 180 (I've got 180 again on the second attempt).
I wonder if anybody was in this situation before. Does it have sense to break TOEIC Speaking or it is better to change the direction and prepare TOEFL asap? I can retake TOEIC on May 7th and TOEFL on May 10th to meet the deadline of the second round.
Many thanks in advance,
Daria
