Hi guys,
anyone knows if HBS has specific minimum score requirement for the 4 individual areas at Toefl (reading, speaking, writing, listening)? I know they have a total score requirement, but do they have specific requirements on the 4 individual areas?

There is no official requirement but you need at least 110 to apply. It should not preclude you from applying however, if you have a 110 with one section lopsided. It should not be a ding. Note that the sectional scores ARE reported on the application and your speaking score may be a consideration since the whole program is case-method based and speaking part is important but Your language skills will show themselves in the interview, which is required for the admits.
So you get a 20 on the speaking section but then your interview is great, it won't be a concern. However, if your speaking score is 20 there is a good chance you will bomb the interview as well since delivery will impact the impression you make on the interviewer.
From what I have seen so far, most AdCom's don't try to ding people for just a single data point because no applicant is perfect. However, if multiple data points start to converge, it does increase odds against you.
