My name is <Deleted for Privacy> and I am from India. I want to apply for the masters in International Finance course at HEC. I am currently In my 3rd year Bsc In economics with statistics and maths as my pass subjects. I had an accident during my 2nd year Finals exam and couldnot attend my statistics pass exam. I have good marks in my honors but have an uncleared pass exam which i will be clearing by march 2012. But the clearing results are expected to come out by november. My university has assured me a provisional clearance certificate for the pass statistics paper. My question is will i be able to get through with the provisional certificate as all my other marks are up to standards of your college. I also have a good GMAT score and am hoping to improve it before putting in the application for HEC.

I would recommend that you contact the school(s) that you are planning on attending. You will need to ask them if this will be acceptable. They are the only ones that will be able to give you specific answers to your question. Good luck!

@GMATLA but the problem is that I have emailed all the contact persons of the colleges but they are not replying..

If I'm not mistaken you have until three months after the start of the program to send in your official degree.

Hey Neil,

I think there's some confusion. I've been accepted at HEC for the MIF program in 2012-2013, I'm not there at the moment.
I'm not exactly sure about the job outlook. I'll be looking for a (financial) consulting job after HEC, looking for an internship right now.
Anyway, I'm currently in the last year of an engineering masters and so far the big consulting companies have shown interest in my class, so they're definitely hiring.
