I mean I suppose. You say you are going to an elite technical school in Indian and I am going to assume you are studying engineering of some sorts. That is going to hold more sway than the GMAT which is essentially high school algebra asked in an awkward way. If you GPA is strong you should have no problem getting admitted to many of the schools listed. Of course every year changes and applications vary.
