I have received an interview call from MS in BA. Can anyone please share their interview experiences? Will this be a technical interview or an interview of the likes of MBA interviews?

NUS MSBA interview questions usually focus on career goals (short-term and long-term), Why MSBA, programming and analytics experience, mathematical aptitude, projects done (as listed in CV), and what you can contribute to the program. Of course, individual experiences will vary somewhat, but most of these elements should be common.

Hello Vibhor,

Congrats on getting the interview call.
The NUS MS in Business Analytics Interview will contain a mix of technical and HR questions based on your CV.

The technical questions should be something on these lines:

Can you outline the various steps in an analytics project?
What do you do in data exploration?
What will you do in data preparation?
How will you treat missing values?
How will you treat outlier values?
How do you assess the results of a logistic regression analysis?

The HR or aptitude questions would make the other major part of the interview & wold contain questions such as

Tell me a brief story about yourself.
Walk me through your resume.
Why are you interested in this program?
What is leadership in your opinion?
Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
Tell me about your work experience.

I would suggest you to check out the real interview questions asked during the interview round of different masters.
