Hi guys, I am pretty confused right now as how I should approach my Masters career.
So I was admitted by Nova 3/28 (ish) and I am going on Friday 4/10 for the admitted student event to get a feel of the school and the incoming class. Already talked to a student and I have a great impression on this program so far.
I also got an ok scholarship from UMiami MSF 4/6 (ish), however money is not an issue for me.
I have an interview with NC State Analytics program in 2 weeks. This is an MSF forum so I will explain a little. This is definitely my top choice program with 100% placement rate and avg 90k salary in top tech companies, very vigorous program with a focus on SAS. I have a 60% chance getting into the program.
I'm still waiting on BC carroll, which is my second choice.
I just got an interview with Rochester Simon and was invited to experience simon weekend. I feel like Villanova has a much better program in MSF despite URochester is a better school in general. Should I even go to Rochester for the interview? Also should I give UMiami MSF consideration? I applied for the program as a safety.
I went to Emory Goizueta as a BBA(marketing/mkt analytics, chemistry) and have 1 year internship experience in a major foreign luxury car manufacturer (better than Mercedes haha) (SQL, business intelligence, IT systems). Wanna work in M&A, still thinking if I wanna be on the buy-side or sell-side so either asset management or IB. Placement is definitely the #1 factor for me because I'm an international student and want a job immediately out of grad school.
Just kind of confused about the opportunities in front of me right now and want to see the general opinion. Thank you guys

Jen
