Hey Tsunjeck,
I believe you have a pretty strong chance at your target schools.
The international experience you gained while studying/working would be invaluable and would help highlight a slew of skills.
Your work ex is also pretty suited towards the job role you are applying to, so that would show you are focused towards it. Also you have worked in some pretty different companies, you can that to your advantage.
You lingual ability would be an asset too.
If you can show you are really motivated towards the IT degree and are honing your skills in IT, that would be reason enough for the schools.
But yeah you low GPA is a weak point, you should really gun for a strong GMAT/GRE score to compensate for it.
