Where should i start ?
Hi foryearss
- A case study involves a brief description of a business situation, with associated questions that need to be answered. For example, the situation may be about entering a new market, or reducing costs, or deciding whether to acquire a smaller company. Based on the situation and your business understanding, you need to answer the questions.
- Your ability to dissect various business issues, and provide detail on why you recommend a particular course of action, will be important
- Some case studies also have numbers to be worked through, in the context of the case.
- While you do not need an in-depth background in business to excel in case study analysis, we would recommend that you go through some common frameworks to help you understand the process. The book 'Case in Point' is a handy resource.
