Hey Tina,
I must say that you have a pretty impressive profile.
Let's break things down and discuss in detail what works for you and what can be worked upon.
Firstly, here is a summary of your profile strengths
You have a strong work profile in finance and seem to have held positions of responsibility. If you are judicious enough to pick and highlight the right experiences, it will be a major boost to your application.
CFA has one of the most rigorous curriculums which only a minority of applicants are able to crack, hence clearing CFA Level 2 will earn you some brownie points
Your scholarship track record is the icing on the cake
GPA is also fair, however, how it impacts your selection chances is subjective. This is because certain countries like US,UK, Germany have a stronger emphasis on academics while countries like France,Spain are relatively more relaxed with the academics if the overall profile is good.
This being said, there are certain things that you need to take care of :
You have decent extracurriculars, but note that adcoms are interested in impact created rather than just participation. So take are that you are mentioning some significant impact as far as the extra-curriculars are concerned.
GMAT, as you have already mentioned, is on the lower side. However, looking at your profile I would not say that it is a dealbreaker if you know how to work around your application and highlight other strengths. You have mentioned if the low GMAT can be compensated by academics. I would say that since you have a strong profile, it can certainly be compensated, but not with academics solely.
You will need to highlight some solid strengths ( viz.impact that might have created in your companies) for this.
You can use your essays to weave a story that
a. explains the reasons for your low score,
b. justifies your reasons of pursuing finance as a long term career
C. justifies how the school can help you reach that goal
D. Why you are a good fit for the school that you are applying to
If you get these 4 things right, I would say that you will have a fair shot with most of the good MFin programs even with a slightly average GMAT.
In case you feel that you need help in creating such a competitive application, you can check out this resource here :

As far as scholarship chances are concerned, it is very subjective since it depends on the kind of applicant pool that you are competing with.
If you ever have to choose between a school brand and a scholarship, I would advise you to go for the brand.
