Hello
I am a Korean student who are preparing GMAT in Army(duty for Korean). I wanna apply for French business school master school mostly. HEC Paris, Essec, Edhec, Grenoble, Skema, Audencia, Neoma, Kedge, Ieseg for now. 
My profile is...(24 years old)

1. School

- Graduated Major business school in Korea (3.6/4.0, Business Administration, Bachelor)

- Graduated ICN Business school BBA, France (3.6/4.0, Double Degree)

- Summer school in Purdue University Northwest, US for a month

2. Experience

- Solider in Operational Planning department of Capital defense command in Republic of Korea (19 months)

- Student Research Assistant in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea (6 months) (Researching French economy and culture)

- Marketing assistant & Educational Volunteer in Hyundai Motors Group, Republic of Korea (13 months) (Marketing Hyundai's CSR and teaching socially isolated junior-high students)

- Selected as a univeristy student by LG for fure consulting forum 
(Acceptance rate 5%)

- Student Research Assistant in Korea Gas Corporation (8 months)
(Research gas trends and CSR of Korea Gas Corporstion)

- International Team Leader in University, Republic of Korea (5 months)

- Buddy Program in Unversity, Republic of Korea (8 months)

- Translater & Masketing Assistant in one of IT SMEs, Republic of Korea (4 months)

3. International

- US : 2 years when I was 10
 : 1 month for summer school

- France : 1 year for BBA

* Not that good in French (Basic level)

I don't have much time to study GMAT for now so probably gonna get around 600 I guess. If there is any recommendations about schools, please let me know!

The experience which you have is pretty good, especially the fact that you have served in the defense forces because top b-schools are constantly looking for candidates who could bring something new and fresh to the table. This will surely help you gain an edge over the competition. Also, you have an international experience which will again be a plus point in your profile. Your GPA is pretty good so there won’t be an issue with your grades. Now coming to the schools which you are planning to target - HEC Paris, Essec, Edhec, Grenoble, Skema, Audencia, Neoma, Kedge, Ieseg. Most of them are top schools, if we talk about HEC then it falls under the category of a dream school. Hence, you need to have a GMAT score of 680+ at least, combined with really good essays to crack this one. For ESSEC and Edhec you do have a chance even if you have a GMAT score between 600-650. Grenoble, Skema, Audencia, Neoma, Kedge, Ieseg are considered safe schools and do not require GMAT. However, your profile is too good for these schools so I suggest you should keep HEC, Essec, and EDHEC on the top of your list because these schools bring brand value to your resume. Try to score an excellent GMAT score because your profile is most likely to be shortlisted, it’s only the GMAT score which you need to focus on. I will focus on Gmat score then. Try to get more than 700. And is there any recommendation about other schools? Doesn't matter with country but hope it's in europe. Again thanks a lot! Posted from my mobile device
