I think deferred MBA would be the best option.

and why so? I am just trying to understand why you suggesting deferred MBA over MS degree.

I’ve talked to many people about this and everyone has suggested me that an MBA has much more value than an MS. And MS programs are usually one year in length, which makes it so much harder to find jobs/internships. Basically, the option that has the best value should be chosen, which I believe is a deferred MBA in this case.
