I would drop the following:

Syracuse Univ. (Whitman)
Univ. of Massachusetts - Boston
Univ. of San Diego (Duplicate)
Univ. of California - Irvine or Riverside (pick one or the other)
Arizona State Univ. (Carey)

It seems like you are picking states or cities and having a goal school and a safety school. Not a bad idea.

Cali - Santa Clara and San Diego are about equal IMO.

Chicago - Purdue and UIUC will be good. Loyola is a good school and actually in the school.

Texas - SMU you probably have lower odd's for. UT Dallas is a good safety. Look at A&M as well. Great placements.

NYC - I would focus on Baruch, but then again with everything going on, you might not want to study in the city until things improve. Fordham is a good safety.

I would target programs that are affordable and close to major cities (for internships and jobs). Apply in waves that way you can save some time and money.
