Ok so first thing to note is that the finance industry in Ireland is small, with next to no IB shops. Most of the domestic deals are handled by the Big 4 TAS teams. There are ample opportunities in fund administration and similar sectors however if your sights are set solely on IB I would look elsewhere.
Trinity MSc Finance does have some placement in London however this is minimal and not guaranteed. Also this may not be ideal given the visa situation. Overall though, Trinity is an excellent university and the business school itself has come a long way in terms of quality and rankings.
Now Australia, MSc in Finance is not a common route in the Australian banking market as far as I know as the majority of recruitment is done straight out of undergrad/mba. However, again UNSW is a fantastic institution that is rising in terms of quality and rankings.
EMLyon, despite not being one of the Big 3 Parisian B-Schools, still has good placement both in France and in the city. The program here is the most established of the three schools you list plus I would say this would be your best shot at IB placement.
If you were offered IE or Esade I would opt for those over EMLyon as these would both increase your chances for IB. Judge would obviously be your best bet here but I am assuming based on your description that this is unlikely.
Ultimately your choice will come down to where you would like to work and how strict you are in your pursuit of investment banking. If you are flexible on your career path I would encourage you to do more research on each of the countries you’ve listed, the way of life and job market differs greatly.
For reference, I did my undergrad at Trinity with a year’s study abroad in the Finance program at a Big 8 Australian Uni.
