I was india-based lawyer, currently in US. I have 5 year work-ex in India (3 years in litigation working with independent lawyer but only 2 year in corporate). I want to apply for MSMS/MIM program in US. I know MIM program prefer less experienced candidates but my corporate experience is only 2 years, so want to know your take if my profile is suitable for this program or do you think the chances of my profile to get rejected is higher.

I don't think the breakdown in your legal experience or your legal experience in general is going to be make an enormous difference. It's critical that you properly lay out your experience and explain how it will help you succeed in your pursuit of this advanced degree and possibly in your post-graduation career.
What matters arguably more so are other aspects of your profile such as your GPA, GMAT/GRE, letters of recommendation, etc. Are those relatively strong? If you are a non-traditional applicant, it's important that you score highly in those other components of your application to show you'll not only fit in but also do very well in the MIM program.
Again, I wouldn't worry about your experience because it's not like you can change it! Take a forward-looking position as you put together your applications. Good luck!
