besciwiz
Hello, I'm looking for Masters in Finance programs in the US( preferably New York) and UK (preferably London)
my profile is as follows:
Work ex: 3.5 years (Finance)
GMAT: 530
GPA: 3.0/4.0
Posted from my mobile deviceHey besciwiz, you can study MFin at
Princeton or
Brandeis Business School in the US and at
Imperial, Warwick, LBS or LSE in the UK as these are the best schools for your degree.
But to get admitted into these top universities, you need the required
GMAT score of 700, a minimum and right now, your's is very low.
You still have time before round 3 deadlines are over. To work on your Low score, you can
do the following:
1. Study harder, and regive your exam at the start of March. The test is scheduled throughout the month, leaving you with enough time to send in your updated Gmat scores.
2. We also suggest you practice more via mock tests and attend classes by experts to increase your scores.
3. I would also suggest you consider giving GRE if you cannot increase your GMAT scores and if you have enough time to shift into a new test.
As you mentioned, you have 3+ years of work experience in finance. That is a good thing; make sure to
include this in your application and any additional certifications you might have related to finance.I hope this helps. If you still have any questions regarding the application process or schools you can apply to, We'll be happy to help.
