Hello experts,
A quick question: Can one get an LOR from a project lead at a Volunteering space (ex- 180 Degrees Consulting) under the professional LOR requirement?
Also, HEC MIM requires an English proficiency test, will a letter from the Uni stating that degree was taught in English suffice?

To the LOR query, I will rather suggest you get your professor to write your LOR. MIM programs prefer Academic LORs plus I don't think your volunteering organisation head's lot will do you any good.
Secondly, you can get a certificate from your university stating your language of instruction during your bachelor's was English and you will be okay.
