Good profile. I speak French and worked and lived there. I also went to Grenoble Ecole de Management. It is a terrible, terrible university and city. I do not recommend it. Do not believe the rankings.
All the jobs, especially the jobs that do not require French, are in Paris. I recommend you choose a school there. With your profile, I would choose ESSEC for the opportunities it offers for internships and especially employment opportunities in France and in the EU post graduation.
Here's the latest on it, but like I said be practical and cut-throat about this investment in a country as flimsy as France. Choose btw the two top schools or go to the Netherlands or save and go to an English speaking country. Better ROI.
