Hello everyone,
I am planning to apply to top European Master in Management (MiM) programs for the September 2027 intake, and I would really appreciate a candid assessment of my profile in terms of overall competitiveness, school fit, and what I should prioritize improving over the coming months.
Academic Background
I am a final-year BSc in Business Administration (English) student at Hacettepe University in Türkiye, where I am on track to graduate first in my class with a 3.77/4.00 GPA. Prior to university, I ranked 3,733rd among 2,607,903 candidates in Türkiye’s highly competitive national university entrance examination.
I later earned an Erasmus scholarship as the top-ranked student in Hacettepe University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. During my exchange at Bergische Universität Wuppertal in Germany, I completed master-level coursework and achieved a 3.92/4.00 GPA.
GMAT Focus
I am currently preparing for the GMAT Focus and targeting a score of 705+.

Since you graduate in 2026 and are applying for 2027, you’ll have one year of experience, a normal average for a MiM student.
Most top programs target candidates with under three years of experience; any more, and an MBA is better.
HEC and HSG (SIM) are your ambitious reaches, while INSEAD and ESSEC are realistic targets with a 705+ GMAT. ESCP is a safe bet.
Nevertheless, I am sure you will do great in any of the program. Good luck
