profile is solid, not a lock.
Big 4 deals at application time is the strongest thing here. CFA L2 clearing in October is good, makes the quant question go away completely. DU BMS is fine, LBS knows the school.
The Oxford conference from 2019, leave it out. It was high school, it was 6 years ago, it'll make the rest of the application look thin by association. Case comps at DU level same thing just skip it.
The real problem is the story. M&A to London front office through MFA LBS interviews probably 40-50 Indian guys with exactly this narrative every cycle. You need something that makes yours different. Not a better version of the same story, an actually different angle. What specifically about front office? Which desk? Why now, why not after an MBA in 2 years? Why MFA over MSF at LSE or Imperial?
Essays will make or break this one, profile alone won't carry it.
My co-founder went through ESSEC and ESMT and I've been through this whole process. If you want to talk through the story angle, not a formal thing, just a conversation feel free to DM. Happy to help figure out what actually makes your application different.
