Does anyone know whether any school will know the # of times someone took the GMAT? As far as i know they'll get to know your last 3 scores. But for people who take the test more than 3 times will the "Official Score" report that a person took it "x" times.

I guess each school have a different answer. You might be able to find on their website

From my understanding the school gets to know all your record! And from another topic discussed it seems 5 times is the max they consider as "okey"...

Official score reports include all your past history. When evaluating you are - say -- entering your numbers into the computer system, they may take the average / or higher of the scores -- depending on the school. But still, they will see all attempts. What the universities tell you what they do versus how they actually perceive your application can potentially be two different things. Try to do things right the first or second time.
