Official score reports include all your past history. When evaluating you are - say -- entering your numbers into the computer system, they may take the average / or higher of the scores -- depending on the school. But still, they will see all attempts. What the universities tell you what they do versus how they actually perceive your application can potentially be two different things. Try to do things right the first or second time.
