The first time I wrote GMAT, I scored only 530(Q28, V34). I just depended only on OG12, OG verbal and Quant. I did not know any basics. Had timing problems in quant. But I was able to finish verbal on time.
Later, I joined a Coaching class. In addition, I bought MGMAT SC,Power score CR bible. I studied systematically (prepared error log, studied 6hrs daily, tried to understand each problem before going to the next problem) for 3 months and wrote the exam last week. Sadly, even after so many preparations, I still scored only 580 (Q37,V32). I did not have any timing issue in math. I had to rush through the last 5 questions in verbal. I have scored lower in Verbal compared to my previous attempt. Also,when i did practice exams, I noticed that my verbal score does not increase more than 34. I am very dissappointed and does not know how to improve my score to 700+. I hope someone can advise me in this regard.

I think in order for people to pin point where you are going wrong, you should provide more information on how you approach quant questions with perhaps a few example so we know how your thought process works. Only then we can suggest ways for you to improve.
