Hi everyone,
I took the GMAT once a few months ago, and did not achieve a grade I'm satisfied with. I was stressed on the test day and scored below all my expected grades of around 650-680 (I was scoring above 650 in all CATs, both from GMATprep, Kaplan and trial CATs from other programs - Economist etc.). In the actual test I scored 600.
I plan on taking the GMAT again in early December, and want to study for the upcoming 2 months, mostly focusing on the verbal section. This time the goal is 720-730, and I know this can be done successfully !
Before taking the first test, I took the Kaplan on-demand course, which was decent but not very good. I don't mind taking another course but don't want to spend precious time on math. I can study by my own if necessary, so self-study courses are definitely an option.
I attended a Manhattan on-site class and was advised to study with their prep material, potentially taking some private tutoring lessons when necessary.
I'd be happy to get your advice on the best approach, including courses and self-study material, in order to meet my goal.
Thank you !
