I shall be taking my GMAT on 25th of this month. I came to know that we have to send our GMAT score to 5 Schools on the test day itself. Can someone throw some light on this. I am little confused.

The schools ask you for your GMAT score in your app. They confirm the GMAT score you report from the official website. For that, you need to instruct Pearson Vue (they conduct GMAT) to make your score available to the schools of your choice. They charge a fee for that. But along with the GMAT, you get to choose 5 schools for free. You get a drop down list and choose the 5 schools where you want to "send you scores" i.e. where you want to apply. When you apply, the school will be able to confirm your score from the official website. If you want to make your score accessible to more than 5 schools, you pay per school.
