What work experience should you be giving?.
Say, I have 3.5yrs of work experience to date, but if I apply now -- Can I quote a work experience of 3.5+ total work ex that would be adding up until the date of joining?
If I'm planning on Nov 2015, that would mean an additional 1.2yrs of work experience -- should I add it to my current work ex in the application form or just add work ex up to the date of applying?
When colleges say, avg age - 27/28/29 -- do they mean
* avg age when they applied?
* avg age when they left college?
OR
* avg age when they entered ?
I'm 26 now, and will be 27 with 4.8yrs work ex by Nov 2015. So, will they see me as a 27yr candidate or will they see me as a 26yr old candidate?

You should see the instructions on your application. There are usually clear pointers.
Usually, the work experience is by the time of matriculation so you would have 4 or 4.5 years if you are matriculating in Fall 2015.
Average age is at Matriculation
P.S. It is business schools .... not colleges. There is only one business college - Stanford.
