Greetings.
As the title suggests, I took the GMAT a few days ago and scored a disappointing 670. My last full length (under real test day conditions) practice test score was a 730 (Q45/V45) on a
MGMAT CAT. This was a CAT that I had not taken before, so all the questions were new.
I have set a retake date for the first week of December and would really appreciate advice on how to best use this next month. Some useful info:
1) I have been through all the
MGMAT materials
2) I have been through the
Magoosh premium program (still have a subscription)
3) I am a native English speaker
4) up until the last month I had focused almost exclusively on Quant
5) I have almost come to grips with not being able to get more than a Q 46/47; I took the GMAT last fall and got a 660 (Q44/V37). I just think that after putting in an additional 100+ hours of primarily Quant-based studying, I still never got to the consistent Q48-Q50 territory (unfortunately)
6) I know I can get a V45+ as I scored a V45+ in several practice tests
7) With my job, it very difficult to study 2+ hours a day AND get 8 hours of sleep
Thanks in advance for any insight.
