Hi Prakashankar,
I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you say "best...education." There are a number of factors that you should consider when deciding on an MBA.
Assuming that you would be accepted:
1) What are you willing to spend?
2) Will you need a scholarship and does the School/Program offer them?
3) Are you willing to move? Are you willing to take online classes?
4) What do YOU want to do with your MBA in the future?
5) Are there any particular industries that you want to work in or companies that you want to work for?
6) How much time do you want to spend in school?
Etc.
By answering these questions (and others) to the best of your ability, you should be better able to research the various programs and fine a few that are right for YOU.
