You've asked a rather broad question without providing any details. This question is probably best answered by an Admissions Expert (there's a Forum full of them on this site), but here are the immediate details that are likely relevant:
1) What type of MBA do you have?
2) What School is it from and what was the emphasis of your studies?
3) What Schools/Programs are you planning to apply to?
4) What GMAT score do you 'think' that you'll have when you apply?
5) What are the other aspects of your profile (work experience, background, etc.)?
While it's possible that some programs might not be interested in an applicant who already has an MBA, I don't see any immediate reason why having an MBA would be a 'negative' on your application. Obviously, the details do matter (as they always do), but you have to define as much of this as possible before anyone can really answer this question.

There will be no hurdles during application phase - you can take GMAT and apply. Though, in the interview, be prepared for a query on why a second MBA. You must thoroughly research the school to which you are applying - you need to prove that the second MBA will complement the first one, that you really do need it to follow your goals, that you have a solid plan. There has to be a convincing story. Mind you - the situation is little different from the situation of people applying for first MBA - they need to answer, "Why MBA?" You will need to answer, "Why second MBA?"
I have known people to do MBA from premium B - schools in India and then do a second MBA from premium B - schools in US/Europe.
