Hi,
My name is Ashwin, Indian male,
I am currently working in one of the biggest EPC organisation. I am Piping Engineer with 3 years of work ex in Design and stress analysis of Offshore oil Rigs and platforms.
I have not taken my GMAT till now, but I have planned it for June First week.
ACADS: CGPA : 7.2 from Amity School Of Engineering & Technology
EXTRA CURRICULAR:
1.Six sigma green belt from British Standard Institutions.
2. CSR CO-Head & Class Teacher , initiative taken by organisation to teach Underprivileged students.
3. Metric Council Team member in Quality Assurance implementation within the organisation.
4. Member of sports committee, received awards in Corporate Tournaments.
5. At college level member of cultural and technical teams, organised many events and National conference held in University.
My post MBA Goal:
I want to get into corporate strategy and business analyst roles and project management. in client firms like Shell, BP, Exxon. I am more inclined to Project Management, though my work ex says different but I am looking for career change but in same domain.
I need help in shortlisting of colleges with my work background from top 20 MBA colleges.
Please help.

Hi ashwin1590,
Your GMAT score is going to have a significant impact on which Schools you can reasonably apply to (and have a chance at getting accepted to), so without having an Official Score it's tough to help you short-list your options.
Since this is more of an 'admissions' question than anything else, you might want to talk to an Admissions Expert about your options. There's a Forum full of Experts here:

With a GMAT Test Date in the first week of June, you have less than 2 months to study. How has that been going so far? What resources have you been using? How have you been scoring on your practice CATs?

Hi,
Thanks for your response, the thing is I have just started with the preparation and going with OG that GMAT provides. One of the diagnostic test I took I got 680 in that.
I have one more question regarding profile, will oil & gas domain will help me make my profile look better.
