Hello! I took the GMAT this past Saturday and earned a 720 (44Q/46V). I'm trying to decide if I should retake. The schools I'd like to apply to include Yale SOM, Dartmouth, Columbia, and LBS. I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Hi wsaalum,
A 720/Q44 is an outstanding score (it's above the 90th percentile overall), so you should apply to any Business Schools that interest you. Barring a REALLY rare set of circumstances, there is no reason to retake (and that 'rare' situation would be if you were applying to an ultra-competitive Finance Program - in that situation, the Q44 would not 'impress' anyone - it's still a reasonably strong score though, even though the percentile doesn't show it).
Since you've named some competitive Schools, you might want to discuss your overall profile and applications with an Admissions Expert. There's a Forum full of them here:

Thanks Rich. I am also relatively young (23) with only 6 months of full-time experience. I want to apply in 2016 and matriculate in 2017. Since I have so much time, would it be worth it to take it again in an attempt to increase my quantitative, or would the risk of a lower score (or lack of necessity) outweigh that? Sorry to repeat question, just trying to figure out the best option. Thanks!
