Topic: The best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones.
Teaching has paved ways to many professions and its intrinsic quality is to mold individuals to prosper in life. The best way to teach is to praise the positive actions of a student in such a way that the student gains confidence as well as maintains the state of competency needed to score better next time.
Praising positive actions boosts the confidence of the child and help them to create an optimistic approach towards his/her thought process. The confidence strengthens his/her inner personality and wanting him/her to explore different fields. It creates a transparent atmosphere for the student allowing him to be frank, candid and share his ideas with liberty.
On the other hand, acknowledging negative actions can be innocuous. The student will learn from his mistakes and improvise himself. The happiness achieved by praising positive actions is ephemeral for some students and can cause harm while molding them in to better individuals. Obviously, we don't want our world to be filled with dogmatic people who will always blame others and not take responsibility for their actions.
Appreciation for every positive action and ignoring all negative actions will over-boost and make students overconfident in their take of life. Thus, maintaining balance of good individuals to achieve better positions one must praise positive actions and correct negative actions.
