Hi manshul1807,
These last 2 CAT scores are close enough that they are essentially the same performance - this means that you're likely consistently doing certain things correctly and consistently making the same mistakes again-and-again.
With an August 1st Test Date, you have less than 4 weeks to study. With a 700+ score goal, you need to improve 110+ points during that time - and THAT will be difficult (not impossible, but tough). Continuing to study in the same ways that you've been studying is not likely to lead to a big improvement. The score increase that you're looking for in the Verbal section is going to require that you learn/practice a series of new tactics and 'fix' whatever 'bad habits' you've developed over the last few months.
While you've already rescheduled your Exam once, you will probably need to do so again. You will probably also need to invest in some new resources (with an emphasis on learning new tactics).
