hello expert ,
I had submitted my original transcripts to Copenhagen business school ( DENMARK) , however , when the school returned the package 3 certificates were missing .
I emailed them immediately and they responded back with a line stating that they could not locate the missing certificates.
I really don't understand how could they lose candidate's original certificates and not take any responsibility . How do I hold them responsible for doing such blunder ?
I doubt if they have made any effort to even search for the missing files . How can I ask them to do more extensive search and make them realize that its their responsibility to send me all the transcripts .

While this certainly sounds like an unfortunate situation, is there a way to get ANOTHER set of your transcripts/certificates? Assuming that the Copenhagen Business School is unable to locate your documents, then you still will need that paperwork.

It a very tedious process . I really don't understand how could people be so negligent while handling the originals .
Can I take take action against them ? Please let me know if there is a place where I can lodge complain for their negligence .
