Problem with kaplan practice test

Question

I tried to do me second practice test while I had open in the background the first practice test to review my mistakes.
Once the IR section started it poped-up questions from the first test and it gave me a server error, so I closed the window.
When I tried to reopen in the test was marked as complete with a score of 200.

Is there a way for me to reset the test? It is clearly not a mistake on my part, I did not answer even one question

Please answer me as fast as possible, it’s a pity to lose a test just like that only days from my exams

HI Emmanouel,

If you contact Kaplan Customer Support, someone there should probably be able to reset the CAT for you. However, IF your Official GMAT is in the next few days, then you should NOT be taking any CATs at this point - you'll be far more likely to expend too much energy taking this CAT and "burn out" before Test Day (which is something you want to avoid) than actually gain anything by taking the CAT.

1) When is your Official GMAT?
2) How long have you been studying?
3) What is your score goal

I have already send them an email but no response until now

as for the date of my exam , it's Dec 30th
i have been studying for almost 3 months now 
and i want to/expect to get over 640, although in most of my manhattan and kaplan test i score more than 650-660

HI Emmanouel,

With a December 30th Test Date, you should probably take just one more FULL-LENGTH CAT. The rest of your time should be spent on additional practice, review, etc. With that in mind, you can just 'skip' to the next CAT in line and take that one.
