Hi guptaneha,

First off, a 650/Q45 is a strong score (it's right around the 80th percentile overall), so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice School. As such, a retest might not be necessary. Before you decide whether to retest or not, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. There's a Forum full of them here:

If you do decide to retest, then there are some resources that can help you to improve relatively quickly.

Thanks OptimusPrepJanielle for your advice.

I am done with my second attempt to GMAT and scored 650 (Q46,V34). Though I could manage to improve upon my verbal, I am not quite satisfied with my quant.
I am still to decide if I should proceed with my applications to the schools I was targeting with this score or not.

Lets See..

Thanks.

A 650 is a strong score and might be able to sail you through at some schools.
Retake or not will depend on the schools that you wish to apply to. However, if you do decide to retake, I would recommend you not to delay it much and take it when the concepts you have learnt are still fresh.
