I was trying to schedule the exam today but after filling all the debit card details, the transaction could not happen. The rpompt said that the Payment has been declined. Yes, the account has enough balance in it. I just deposited cash. So, I refilled the details again and submitted the form but same thing happened and now I am getting the Block Error (Screen Shot attached) while trying to schedule the exam. I have written to the support but is there anything I can do in the meantime to fix it? By the way, is it just me or its a common thing on the payment gateway??

There must be a problem with your account login hence the account got blocked. it happened to me on a weekend (Friday evening) but I wrote a quick email to the Pearson GMAC customer support explaining my problem and the urgency to book the exam slot. Within 6-7 hours I got a reply from them and my account was unblocked. Also, I had filled in the CONTACT US form on mba.com I advise you to do the same.
