Hi all,
I am a law graduate (India) with 2 years of work experience. 1st year in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd as Contract Associate and 2nd year in Karnataka Bank Ltd. as Law Officer (Head Office) - current.
Observing the culture of a multinational company and functioning of a bank, I am attracted to the management side more now. That is why I am planning on doing MBA from a good Business School. I am unable to find any forum which could guide me being from legal background aspiring MBA. I have alot of queries like: a) which b-school would be better for me (somewhere the scope of legal background students is more may be) b) which country should I opt for? C) what would be more beneficial for me- marketing/hr/consultancy etc. (I know it depends on one's interest. By this I am seeking info on what would be more promising for somebody from legal background) d) do I stand a chance in top b-schools ? My Law school percentage is very low- 55% (may be by scoring well in gmat?) .. any other guidance would be much appreciated. I really need help with it in order to make a wise decision.
