Hi,
I have couple of doubts regarding the service. I think the service has changed and wes customer service is not very responsive. I am sure most of you have taken this service. so please assist
1) What is the difference between the basic and ICAP service?
2) Even if I take the upgraded ICAP service, do I need to spend 37$ additional for every university?
3) earlier, we could choose 5 universities for free to send the score, is that option still available
4) is it important for wes to send the report directly or we can send It by ourselves.
