Hi shadro,
Those two Score Goals are difficult (individually) for most Test Takers to achieve - so achieving both in just one year's time will likely increase the challenge. That having been said, no one here knows what YOU are truly capable of, so you do your best to plan out your studies and go from there. Many of the skills that you will develop while you study for the TOEFL will help you to perform better on the GMAT, so I would recommend that you start with the TOEFL first.
1) Do you have a general idea of when you might try to take those 2 Exams?
2) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
3) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
