Hi everyone,
I am currently working as a Project Manager in an integral vertical for a $10 billion startup in India.
Work Ex: total 4 years
1 year as Project Man. 1.5 years by step,2020.
2.5 years running my 2 startups.
0.5 year in FMCG sales.
Education:
10th grade: 78%
12th grade: 80%
Bachelor's in Business Administration: 83%
MBA in Marketing: 7.4 CGPA
I feel like I am a late bloomer who has recently learned the value and importance of an excellent MBA in career building.
Seeking advice and mentorship on how to start my GMAT prep, score required for best 1 year MBA programs and how to build up profile in the next 1 year.
Any help would be highly appreciated

If you don't mind me asking, what do you see as the main drivers for the MBA? What are the key values you will or expect to realize?
You are saying you are a late bloomer but you have only 4 years of work experience.... that makes you around 26? That may be a bit low in terms of experience for a US 1-year MBA such as Sloan Fellows, though Kellogg and Stern will consider you for their 1-year MBA if you are staying in the same industry/career progression. You would have 5 years of work experience at matriculation potentially. In general, If you are looking for the Top 10 programs, then that leaves INSEAD, and perhaps Oxford if you count it as a top 10.

Educational Pedigree>> I have realised in the last few months that an Ivy league MBA program can open elusive career options which would come otherwise after years of back breaking hard work.
Peer learning>> I am also looking forward to learn from a diverse and accomplished peer group with varied perspectives.
Business overview>> I have worked at the micro level in different businesses, I want to now understand it at macro/strategic level.
*I am 28 years..
I have 1 Gap year after graduation and 1 year of Post Grad Diploma in marketing as well.
*I feel I am a late bloomer since only recently I have started to realise importance of educational Pedigree in life.
Can you tell me what score should I be aiming for to get into Insead Paris/Singapore and Kellogg or Oxford ? I have worked 4 years post MBA in very sought after companies (similar industries) in very integral roles.
*Also if you can help me find a mentor for my GMAT journey, I ll be eternally grateful
