Thanks a lot for your suggestion Andrew!. I have mailed the customer service along with the screenshot of my account, but it has been more than 24 hrs, but I haven't got a reply yet! Will update once I get a reply.

Hello, I have had the same problem. The reinstate button is missing. I have taken the GMAT twice and cancelled on both occasions. I was able to resinstate the first score, but am having problems with the second. I called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and simply passed me onto more managers. Today, the "enter ESR code" button appeared, but nothing else. I thought this would work, so I purchase the ESR code, but whenever I input it, it says "an error occurred". I have called, emailed, and submitted contact forms. Really at a loss and disappointed in GMAC for their poor customer service. Can anyone help me??

Hi did you receive confirmation email after paying for the reinstatement fee? I only received payment confirmation. How long did it take to reinstate the score eventually?
