hello!
writing this out of grave concern and hoping the GMATclub community will help me in some way as I have tried all means of reaching out to GMAC.
I appeared for the incentre GMAT at Noida India on 11th September 2020. Got a 680 (Q46 V37) and was satisfied with my score being a diverse profile and submitted my unofficial scores to ISB in R1.
Today is the 42nd day and I have still not received my official score report. I have reached out to person Vue on call and email and am conveniently and repeatedly being asked to wait for the next 48 hours.
Although my examination went smoothly, I accidentally hit the LAN wire during my last section AWA but the proctor came and quickly checked me into another system with no loss of time of my exam.
I am being told that this has led them to investigate my case and thus it might take a bit long. I am chasing the person and MBA teams from 30th September 2020 but have not received a redressal.
My ISB score submission deadline is 31st october and if I don't receive my official score well within the stipulated timeline, my chances of R1 will be razed to the ground.
Requesting experts help on pushing the GMAC team to release my scores. I understand that they might have needed some time to investigate the glitch that I faced during the exam but 42 days is really killing me and the entire point of appearing for the exam will be lost.
