I was doing my official GMAT practice test, and scored V41, not a super elite, however I checked after exam from GMAT Club that how many hard questions I got by in verbal section, and it showed only 4 hard question, which I got 1 wrong. Whereas in quant I got a around 7-8 hard questions. Is even on test day will I be getting more a medium level to semi hard questions on verbal or every time its the case that I will be given few hard questions?

I would suggest using the official tests to measure your progress in Verbal. Verbal is very subjective.
The test is adaptive and there are many elements that go into the score and difficulty of questions. I would not worry about what you will get or not get or how often or in a row. I would focus on getting as smooth of an exam as possible.
