Assuming that you took these CATs/mocks in a realistic fashion and did not know any of the answers in advance (for example - because you worked through these questions for practice BEFORE you took these CATs), then your overall content knowledge and Test-Taking skills appear to be outstanding. By extension, you likely have the capacity to hit 740+ on the Official GMAT right now.
In these last few days before your Exam, you should limit your studies to general practice and light review (NO more CATs and NO 'cramming') - you would be better served by getting some extra rest so that you can go into Test Day calm, clear-headed and ready to work.
