Good one BB, at least the company should reply to emails. Its been 3 days, Slightly disappointed here.
I don’t think anyone ran off with your money. There is no reason to say things such as Scam.
I just visited their website and I see a contact form and chat option to contact them. I don’t know which email you are sending to them but I recommend using that - chat and the form.
I would also check your spam. Gmail tends to eat a number of user emails that are sent to GMAT club support. Could happen to them or you….
Also, you can PM Rich here on Gmat club. He was online 9 hours ago. You could have solved your issue …
Bottom line - posts like these are the least efficient approach to problem solving.
