First off, a 750/Q49 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. Since many Business Schools have publicly stated that they don't use the IR score as part of the application process, you have nothing to worry about there. Most Schools expect Applicants to score at least a 4.0 on the AWA (but scoring a 3.0 likely won't necessarily disqualify you - as that type of result means that you likely went 'off topic' on your AWA). As a possible 'counter' to that result, you might consider writing any optional essays that the Schools offer and/or making sure that you are properly prepared for any interviews that you might face. This is all meant to say that a retest is probably NOT necessary.
You're ultimately asking an Admissions question though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans.
